Humble Bumble Bakes opens the doors of the hive and launches out into the world of delivering quality cakes, bakes and biscuits.
April 2017
Humble Bumble Bakes are proud to be awarded a 5* Food Hygiene Rating by Manchester City Council and greatly value the recognition this provides in enabling us to deliver quality cakes, bakes and biscuits.
July 2017
Humble Bumble Bakes delivers its largest cake, ever, a 12" x 24" sponge cake to celebrate 20 years of trading by IT company, Gnome. The cake was safely delivered to their party night at Manchester Science and Industry Museum. It was a real pleasure for Humble Bumble Bakes to be part of their celebrations.

Happy 1st Birthday !! Humble Bumble Bakes is celebrating its first year of trading and what a year it's been. The time has flown by with cake orders steadily coming into the hive and we are 'buzzing' to have reached this first milestone in our journey. Thank you to all our customers for your ongoing support, it's been a pleasure to deliver our quality cakes, bakes and biscuits to add to your celebrations

After delivering its largest, single, cake in July 2017, Humble Bumble Bakes now delivers its largest, multiple, order of 240 cupcakes to 10 office locations in and around Manchester city centre as part of a UK wide corporate 'thank you' order.

Happy 2nd Birthday !! Humble Bumble Bakes is celebrating its second year of trading, doesn't time fly. The business continues to go from strength to strength with a substantial increase in the number of orders leaving the hive, you really do love cake as much as we do !! To mark the occasion we held a "Random Act of Kindness " competition (see our facebook page) and here is a picture (below) of the surprised winner receiving a free cupcake bouquet. Happy 3rd Birthday !! And then we were three, Humble Bumble Bakes is celebrating three years of trading and it's been another successful year. The number of cake orders continue to increase with some trends appearing like the sudden interest in our caramel marble cake. To celebrate this time we decided to present our three most supportive customers, Sarah, Karen and Sophie, with some personalised Humble Bumble Bakes 'Thank You' cupcakes to show how much we appreciate their orders. Open for business !! Humble Bumble Bakes opens our first, ever, pop-up stall in the Ground Floor Reception Area of The Observatory, Chapel Walks, Manchester. We're so excited to be meeting our customers face to face and seeing their reaction to our delicious cakes, bakes and biscuits

Happy 4th Birthday !! And now we are four ! Humble Bumble Bakes celebrates four years of trading with another successful year. The pandemic added it's own challenges but despite this the business continued to grow and flourish. Orders increased with some interesting, Covid related, twists like a shift to smaller but more numerous orders for cupcakes rather than larger celebration cakes. To mark the incredible people who have been so supportive during these difficult times we asked our Facebook followers to nominate someone special who deserved a treat so, amongst all the key workers, carers and home schoolers we made the tough decision to present a treat box to each of the three lucky recipients but, becasue it was so hard to pick the winners, we also delivered smaller gifts to others who were also so deserving. Once again it has been a pleasure to deliver our quality cakes, bakes and biscuits to add to your celebrations so thank you to all our customers, suppliers, friends and family for your business, encouragement and support

Humble Bumble Bakes have completed five years of trading and continue to grow from strength to strength with more orders coming into the hive despite the continuing effects of the pandemic. To celebrate our birthday which conincided with the arrival of our latest product, the geometric biscuit, we invited followers to nominate their favourite biscuit flavour with the winner reciving a geometric biscuit in their choice of flavour. As always we would like to thank our many customers, suppliers, friends and family who continue to support our business with orders and encouragement

It's hard to believe that Humble Bumble Bakes have been trading for six years and we have loved every minute. The business continues to flourish and we seem to have survived the effects of the pandemic and the hive is buzzing. To celebrate this year's birthday we turned our hand to the latest craze in the bakery world, the cartoon cake (see our Facebook page and below) with a bee cake that we gave away to one lucky recipient, a loyal customer. We are always looking to innovate so please come back and see our latest product lines and place your orders so we can continue to provide you with our delicious cakes, bakes and biscuits for your celebrations. In the meantime, and as always, everyone in the hive would like to thank our many customers, suppliers, friends and family who continue to show their support for our business with orders and encouragement
