Our Terms
Our prices vary depending upon the type, size and quantity of cake, bake &/or biscuit you are looking for, so the information published in OUR PRICES should be taken as a guide. However, if you would like to CONTACT US we would be pleased to discuss your individual requirements and agree a final price.
What's Included
Here at Humble Bumble Bakes we believe that there should be no hidden costs. So the prices published and agreed include the chosen cake(s), bake(s) &/or biscuit(s) of your choice, including all ingredients, decorations, cake board and box or boxes
In Addition
The only additional cost is a delivery charge of £0.50p per mile (subject to a MINIMUM CHARGE of £5.00) calculated as a return trip from our home base to the agreed delivery address. This will be calculated and agreed when the order is taken in order to provide a full and fair total price at the outset
Payment Terms
Payment must be made, in full, either in cash, by cheque or Bank Transfer. Cheques must be made payable to S.E.Stansfield. If a cheque fails to clear Humble Bumble Bakes will make contact with the customer and payment must then be made, in full, in cash or Bank Transfer otherwise further action may be taken to recover the debt. If required Humble Bumble Bakes will present an invoice on delivery or by post
Non-Refundable Deposit
Humble Bumble Bakes may request the payment of a non-refundable deposit, particularly for larger orders, and/or orders which incur additional travel. The details of such a deposit, including the amount and method of payment, will be discussed and agreed when placing the order. Failure to pay the deposit may affect the delivery of your order and, in these circumstances, Humble Bumble Bakes cannot be held liable
Food Allergies and Intolerances
Humble Bumble Bakes always aim to ensure that our produce are both enjoyable and safe so, if you think you may suffer from any food allergies or intolerances from any of the ingredients we may use, please let us know when you place your order so that we can make sure that we use alternative ingredients. Please note that, whilst every effort is made to ensure that, where appropriate, items are gluten free, regrettably this cannot be guaranteed as they are produced in a home kitchen where gluten is present
